Beyond MST 1.01

Beyond MST is a free, secure, trauma-sensitive mobile app crafted to support the well-being of survivors of military sexual trauma (MST). Developed by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Mobile Mental Health team in collaboration with the National Center for PTSD, it offers over 30 specialized tools designed to help users navigate challenges, manage symptoms, enhance their quality of life, and foster hope. The app allows users to undertake brief assessments, establish self-care objectives, monitor recovery progress, and access information on MST and related issues.

Whether used independently or in conjunction with formal treatment, Beyond MST prioritizes user privacy by ensuring no account creation is required and that all personal data entered remains confidential without being shared with any party, including the VA. For additional security, users can set a PIN lock. This comprehensive resource is beneficial not only to survivors of military sexual trauma but also to individuals impacted by various forms of unwanted sexual experiences. Within this app, survivors find a supportive companion in their journey towards healing and recovery.
